Agent Sunday: terms and conditions
The 10% back offer
1. The promoter
This offer is run by [Bitrefill legal entity name and registered address] ("Bitrefill", "we").
2. The offer
Buy something on Bitrefill through an AI agent during Agent Sunday, post your proof of spend on X as set out in section 5 and we send you 10% of the order value back as a Bitrefill gift card, up to the limits in section 6.
3. When
Qualifying orders must be placed and paid between 00:00:00 and 23:59:59 UTC on Sunday 29 November 2026. Proof-of-spend posts must be published by 23:59:59 UTC on Wednesday 2 December 2026.
4. Who can take part
- You must be at least [18] years old and hold a Bitrefill account in good standing.
- Not open to business accounts, resale or reseller accounts, Bitrefill employees and their households or residents of [countries to exclude, if any].
- One entry per Bitrefill account.
5. How to enter
- Place a paid order through a qualifying agent channel during the window in section 3. Qualifying channels: the Bitrefill Telegram assistant, the Bitrefill MCP server and the Bitrefill API, used from a Bitrefill account. Orders paid through x402 without a Bitrefill account do not qualify.
- Publish a public post on X that tags @Bitrefill, uses #ProofOfSpend and includes a picture of your Bitrefill receipt (the order confirmation email or the order page) in which the order number can be read [or the agent's confirmation, if it shows the order number: to confirm]. Hide any gift card code, PIN, email address or other personal data before posting. We are not responsible for codes or data you make public.
- Keep the post public until you are paid. Posts that are deleted, made private or published after the deadline in section 3 do not count. There is nothing else to submit.
6. The reward and its limits
- 10% of the paid order value, excluding network or payment fees, rounded down to the nearest [€1 / $1].
- Maximum reward per account: €25 (or the equivalent in the gift card's currency).
- Total reward pool: €3,000. Rewards are granted in the order qualifying posts were published. When the pool is used up, the offer ends and we will say so on @Bitrefill and agentsunday.ai. Posts published after that are not paid.
- Orders that don't count: purchases of Bitrefill gift cards or account balance top-ups, refunded, cancelled or charged-back orders, x402 orders and orders not placed through a qualifying channel.
7. How you get paid
We send the reward as a Bitrefill gift card [or account balance credit] to the email address on the Bitrefill account that placed the order, by Friday 4 December 2026. We do not send rewards to any other address or account, whoever published the post. The gift card follows Bitrefill's standard gift card terms and has no cash value.
8. Checking entries
We match the order number in your post to our order records. We may refuse or cancel a reward if the order number cannot be read or the post does not match our records or is no longer public. We may also refuse it if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, multiple accounts or an attempt to get around these rules. Our decision on whether an order qualifies is final [legal to confirm wording].
9. Your post
By posting with #ProofOfSpend you allow Bitrefill to read the order number in it, to reply to it and to repost or quote it on its own social channels for this campaign, credited to you. You can ask us to take a repost down at any time.
10. Privacy
We use your X handle, your post and the order number in it, together with the email on your account, only to check and pay your entry, under the Bitrefill privacy policy. Your post itself is public on X under X's terms.
11. Tax
You are responsible for any tax that applies to the reward where you live.
12. Changes
We may change or end this offer if something outside our control prevents it from running fairly. Any change will be posted on agentsunday.ai and will not reduce rewards for valid claims already received.
13. X
This offer is not sponsored, endorsed or run by X Corp.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].
VIP Access card

V2. The card
The VIP Access card is a physical card we hand out at hackathons, conferences and side events. Each card carries a unique 12-character code on the back. The card has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
V3. When
Qualifying orders must be placed and paid between 00:00:00 and 23:59:59 UTC on Sunday 29 November 2026. Posts must be published by 23:59:59 UTC on Wednesday 2 December 2026.
V4. Who can claim
- Whoever holds the card can claim. You can give your card to someone else.
- You must be at least [18] years old and hold a Bitrefill account in good standing. Not open to business accounts, resale or reseller accounts, Bitrefill employees and their households [or residents of countries to exclude, if any].
- One claim per card. One VIP claim per Bitrefill account. If two people claim with the same card, the first valid claim wins.
V5. How to claim
- Place a paid order during the window in V3 through the Bitrefill Telegram assistant or the Bitrefill MCP server [and the Bitrefill API: to confirm], used from a Bitrefill account.
- Publish a public post on X that tags @Bitrefill, uses #ProofOfSpend [and #AgentSundayVIP: to confirm] and shows the front of your card and your Bitrefill receipt (the order confirmation email or the order page) with the order number readable. Hide any gift card code, PIN, email address or other personal data.
- We will message you from @Bitrefill on X. Reply with a photo of the back of your card. A message without a public post does not count.
V6. The reward
- The value of your qualifying orders paid on Sunday 29 November 2026, excluding network or payment fees, up to €100 per card (or the equivalent in the gift card's currency). Several orders that day add up to this limit.
- Paid as a Bitrefill gift card to the email address on the Bitrefill account that placed the order, by Friday 4 December 2026. Never to any other address or account.
- Orders that don't count: purchases of Bitrefill gift cards or account balance top-ups, refunded, cancelled or charged-back orders, x402 orders without a Bitrefill account and orders not placed through a channel in V5.
A VIP claim replaces the Agent Sunday 10% back offer for that account: an account that makes a VIP claim does not also receive the 10% back.
V7. Keep your code private
Never post the back of your card or its code in public. We only ask for it in a direct message from @Bitrefill. A code that has been made public [may be void: to confirm]. We do not replace lost, stolen or damaged cards.

We check that the code is on our list and unused, that the order was paid on 29 November 2026 through a qualifying channel and that your post is still public. We may refuse or cancel a reward if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, multiple accounts or an attempt to get around these rules. Our decision on whether a claim qualifies is final [legal to confirm wording].
